Around where I live, you could walk across the creek bottoms a week
ago, now they're at their top, and about to spill over intot he fields. It raind hard around ehre for the last couple days, and stuff is swelling. BUT! It's been so dry for so long, it's all soaked in and there's not a puddle to be found on any road or any driveway. It'll take quite a while for the ground to saturate, I imagine. That's just whats going on in my locale, I don't know what it's like in the rest of the state. I ahvent heard of any disaster areas, though. Hope you guys can get some water down south and fill you're lakes (Lanier etc) back up. |
