I don't know anything about global averages, but it's 65 degrees ehre
today,a nd is suppose to be anywhere from the mid 50's-60's all week! pretty warm for this time of year. dark clouds rolling in from the south. Supposed to start raining tonight for the next couple of days. Maybe it will filter down to the south and help fill some lakes.
