Not for Lake Lanier, but for sailing 400 miles down I-85 to I-65 to I-10 and home. Thanks, Rick There is a place in Buford Ga near Lanier that corries some small sailboats. But I can't recall the name. It is just north of a dealership called "Boating Atlanta" on buford hwy. http://www.boatingatlanta.com/ Boating Atlanta carries some sailboats as well. I would also look down Holiday Road. Lots of boat dealers (new and used) there. Capt Jack R.. |

Wouldn't be Snug Harbor would it? And Buford Hwy, does it run up the East side of the Lake? or the West side? I just heard back from my former girlfriend up there who reminded me of the Marina that has the storage yards I saw. It's Aqualand Marina. Has quite a few boats in dry storage and has lots of slips as well. When I was there, the water level was normal. Those slips may be dry by now I suppose. I would also look down Holiday Road. Lots of boat dealers (new and used) there. Okay, thanks Rick |

Thanks Rick Brokers will ask "What Drought?" and try to hold up the prices. Here's a better place with much lower commissions: http://atlanta.craigslist.org/boa/ Just change atlanta to your favorite city for more local listings. Craig's List is a great place to advertise and buy anything.... Larry -- Merry Christmas! http://youtube.com/watch?v=Qi_NhFS4xEE |
