They are a lot more concerned with foreign ships dumping their water
here (along with zebra mussels and other exotics)


Different issue. I'm talking about water being illegally exported for use as
drinking water. It doesn't seem like it could have much of an impact on such
big lakes, but apparently, it's true. I'll see if I can wade through my 83
billion bookmarks and find you some information. Mostly, I've just read
local newspaper articles.
