Default Humorous name for a government office

From an official release describing anchoring restrictions in False
Creek, Vancouver BC:

Under the new regulation, boaters will be required to obtain a permit
to anchor in False Creek.

· Anchoring more than 8 hours during the day (9 am to 11pm); or
· Anchoring anytime between 11 pm and 9 am the following day.
· Boats without proper anchoring permits will be subject to ticketing
and fines up to $500

Permits will be available at the Boater Welcome Centre
