Larry Craig has been outspoken in opposition to gay rights
issues, and
he is a "favorite" of crazy right-wing organizations, such as the
"Family Research Council."

Now it starts coming together, the guy was set up and handled it
wrong. The problem with democratic activists and paid
operatives, (and
some parker captains) is they have no problem lying or cheating
to get
to where they need to be, so which one was the cop, activist, or
bought and paid for? Of course, there is also the blackmail
option, I
would like to know if Hillary had his FBI files in her office.

Set up? Apparently Senator Craig entered a men's room known to be
frequented by those looking for gay encounters, and "signaled" a
cop in
the next stall. He admitted this, and entered a plea. Are you saying
that everyone knew Craig was going to that men's room for a
"date," and
they were waiting for him? :}
Man, you need to cut back on whatever psychotropics you are taking.
Oh, and once again, I don't care who Senator Craig diddles. It's
only of
interest to me because he is yet another example of a
right-wing-extremist sexual hypocrite.

Apparently he plead to lewd conduct, not the events as you describe
them, in fact he has stated his side of the story and it's nothing
like you said. But you just keep making up facts as you go along,
your
comrades don't mind a little dishonesty when it comes to politics.
Again, no moral core, just power. Like I said in another post. I have
heard two top dems (Schumer and Lannie Davis) both in the last 24
hours admit Gonzales was a good AG, they just did not like his
politics, period. That is not democracy, that is not American.

So, tell us, and don't mince your words. What sort of "lewd conduct"
might a 62-old US Senator engage in in a men's room at an airport, a
men's room known to be a place gays use for assignations?
I'm not surprised that Craig's side of the story is different from
what
actually happened. Are you?- Hide quoted text -

You have to understand my point of view. Basically I think it is
another setup, so most of the rest is moot. The vast left wing
conspiracy always goes directly at whatever cause the righty has, the
numbers just don't add up. I'm not surprised the democratic activist
cops story is what it is either, hope he got paid well for his
treason.- Hide quoted text -

Anyway, according to the report, Craig "tapped his foot in a manner
recognized by the officer as a signal for sex" !? He tapped his foot?
This was a setup, plain and simple. The guy walked in and took a crap
in the middle of a "show of force" sting on the part of the local PD.
As to the plea, it was probably a bad decision, but can you imagine if
he had gone to trial? The haters and bigots on the left would have had
a field day, probably made the right decision in that case. Just
happens one of Clintons investigators dug it up, nothing new, like I
said, if you can't win in the voting booth...

Craig did more than tap his foot.

Really, what did he do? What did it mean?

Since when are any of the actions that he reportly did, illegal?

The mental contortions some people go through to maintain a
preferred world view is truly impressive.

Oh, and what would you call reading in black and white records of
someone being convicted of disorderly conduct, for tapping his foot
and calling it a lewd act, or homosexual activity? Are you a mental
contortionist, intellectually dishonest, or just plain ignorant?

I'm going camping, steelhead fishing, whitewater running,
etc. Catch you later...

Thanks for the well wishes. I'm back... all mellowed out
and I don't give a rip about hand gestures under a stall
wall anymore.

We only kept one small 24" hatchery steelhead to eat but
released several other natives. Not too bad for the
beginning of the summer run. A few more weeks and it'll be
prime time.

The good news is that the first trip up/down the lower
Deschutes this year didn't add any dents to the bottom of
the boat. ;-)

Take care of yourself by the way.

I don't believe he was duped.

I believe he's an idiot
