Does anyone know what is acceptable compression on the 4 stroke EFI 2003
Johnson 115?

Unless you have a top of the line compression gauge, ignore the numbers
and just make sure all four cylinders are within 5-10% of each other.
The motor is new enough where the likelihood of a problem with all of
them is low.
