I just had a major maintenance schedule and fuel system upgrade done on the Navigator and happened to be at the marina yesterday as they prepared to re-splash it. I took a few pictures with a cell phone camera and they came out surprisingly good. They may be viewed at: http://www.eisboch.com/navsplash Eisboch The quality of pictures from the cell phone is amazing. The boat is pretty nice also! -- John H |

I don't often get to see it out of the water and the hull design that you can see in the pic with the boat on the travel lift explains the soft ride it exhibits, even in short, heavy chop. One of the upgrades done was the installation of dual Racor fuel filters for each tank/engine with a three-way valve to allow switching while underway without having to shut the engine down. Although I've never experienced a fuel problem yet, the idea of changing filters while dead in the water in 6-8 footers just doesn't get me excited. Eisboch |
