No wonder Bassy hasn't been around. Maybe too much home brew?

I brewed a red ale, was a week in primary, then racked to secondary. Well, I got sick, ended up in the hospital, emergency surgery, yada, yada. It has now been sitting in the secondary, at approx. 75 degrees F for a 2 1/2 months or so. What would you do? I bottle, so I don't know if I want to take a risk at bottling only to have to clean nasty non-drinkable beer out of my bottles! I haven't taken the airlock off of it or anything yet, not knowing what I should do. |
