Default HELP! Power Trim/Tilt Stopped Working!

Are both Trim AND Tilt out? If only Trim, the position sensor or wiring
may be open circuit, or the Trim switch is bad. If both, there are 2
relays; one for UP, one for DOWN. These work with both Trim and Tilt.
Either both relays or the wiring connections on them are bad (both,
unlikely) or the power supply to the relays is open (likely). On
Mercruiser, there is a main fuse on the Bus to the relays, in addition
to the system cirrcuit breaker.

My power trim seems to be completely dead all of a sudden. This is on
a 99 Larson with a 4.3L Volvo Penta. I have pushed the circuit
breaker (red) buttons on the engine but makes no difference. Is there
another breaker somewhere else?

The voltmeter does not show any fluctuation when I press the button so
I know that the pump is not drawing any current. It did move down
when the tilt was working.

The reservoir seems to have plenty of fluid.

What else should I be looking at? I have the repair manual for this
engine but it has no info on the tilt/trim!

Thanks!
