A few decades ago I saw a small craft, 14' aluminum boat, with a steering
control mechanism that mounted to the side of the boat and effected steering by
moving a control lever in front to back directions. I'd like to look into
getting something like this for my current boat but I don't know what the
correct name for that type of steering mechanism is. Can anyone here help with a
name or maybe even a source?
