Default Trim problem on '96 90HP Johnson

Just got this boat and can't get the trim to work. Is there a
resevoir for the hydraulic fluid? If so where? Found the drain for
the fluid but don't know where to fill it or test the level. The
relays are clicking so I think it is not an electrical problem. Well
any help from anyone is apreciated got the whole load of folks getting
there heads together here but thought I'd troll for some ideas
online. Thanks!

Nope, nada the only response is the clicking in the relays. No action
anywhere else.

Thanks,

Start with looking for corroded electrical connections. If you still
don't here the pump motor running, it's probably the pump. The
reservoir for the pump is on the bottom of the pump itself. My pump
motor was all corroded, I took it apart, cleaned the armature and
brushes up, cleaned and lubed the bushings, all was good.
