Default Trim motor out on 1973 Johnson. Troubleshooting. UGH! When it rains it pours :(

I tried trimming up my Johnson yesterday with fresh batteries. It made
a brief Buzz and then stopped. Nothing! I used the screw at the bottom
to let pressure off and manually pulled the motor up.

I tested the voltage to the pump with a multimeter getting full volts
when switched. I fear it might be toast. I priced some online for
around 319.00 YIKES! Anywhere I can have it rebuilt? anything left
here to test.

I might have to rename this barge Money Pit heh
