Default 1999 Johnson 60 Horse Outboard

ok, I need help here if anyone could please,

I've now noticed that right under where the fuel line attaches to
the motor, there's a metal tube that has been capped and hose clamped.
That fuel pump I took apart seems to be a VRO. So was this motor
originally oil injected? I have about 20 hrs run time just using 50 to
1 that I mixed myself. Should I continue this, or uncap it and hook up
an oil tank? This motor model number is J60PLEEB serial number G
04704338 made in 3/99. After rebuilding the carbs, putting new plugs
in and cleaning this fuel pump, the engine is almost up to par. It
still hesitates a bit, but finally takes full throttle after a few
seconds. I'm searching for either a fuel pump rebuild kit or a new one
if needed.
