With the huge storm system - which hurrcane wind warnings - boiling
off the VA/NC/SC coastline, what would you do if you were the NHC? 1 - Name the storm and then prepare to catch all the BS as a result? 2 - Just continue high wind/surf advisories and kind of ignore the hurricane that's developing out there. http://www.thestormtrack.com/2007/05...ical_storm.php Personally, I'd name it - what the hell - another .50¢ per gallon of gas/diesel isn't going to hurt anybody. :) |
