On the boat again and have decided to spend the night.

Got here around noon, de-winterized the water systems, got the heat/AC units
and heads up and running along with the fridge and tested out the
electronics. Everything works, battery water levels are fine. Even the TV
cable service is still running along with the Wi-Fi. Bilge is nice and dry.

Soul Source survived another winter in the water with no problems. It's
actually very clean also for some reason. Must be due to all the heavy
rains.

Now it's time to kick back with a fresh cup of coffee and maybe watch the
debate. Or maybe fall asleep.

I have a strong urge to go topside and rip the "For Sale" sign down and
throw it in the dumpster.
