Regular NAVTEX (518 kHz) won't be affected, and won't terminate. Too many
people use it. HF Navtex, using frequencies 4 MHz and above, would be affected. Don't know how many people use that, but suspect its a lot fewer than those that listen to weather on their single sideband radio, or print out WEFax charts.
