I should have told you guys/gals this is for the store only. We have a
separate marina building on the water for service, and a separate sales
location on the highway 7 miles away for boat/motor sales. In other words,
no need to include 'boats' in the description. The name is for the store
only and the "Brown's Marina" part will be listed on the sign above the
name I eventually choose.
