DEADLINE for NEW JERSEY BOATING SAFETY CERTIFICATE JUNE 1, 2007
If you were born after June 1, 1959 you must take an 8 hour state approved
boating safety course and carry the NJ Boating Safety Certificate when operating a power boat in NJ by June 1 of 2007. If you were born after June 1, 1949 you are due by 06/01/08 and EVERYONE must be certified by 06/01/09.
