Default Need help battling mildew in headliner

You could spray the whole thing with bleach and hope it lightens up
evenly.

I've developed a technique for removing mildew from hats but it won't
work on your headliner. I throw the hat in the pool and let it float
around for a few days. Works like a charm but it does lighten up the
color.
