Need Help Picking Dingy

Hey, i’m looking at avon, achilles, mercury.....all in the 8 foot
range....i heard hypalon isnt needed in the northeast climate, is this
true. What brand should i go with? Inflable or rigid buttom? any
comments would be helpful thanks!
