Default Southern Sound Series

Results are up for the first three races:
http://www.ssseries.org/
This site includes photos of these races. The last race will be run on March
17 from Gig Harbor YC.

This appears to be in Washington State, USA, to save anyone else who's
never heard of it.

Though I'm curious as to why one of the names on the web site has an
Iowa address. Does he really go 1500 miles to the sea, when Lake
Michigan is only 300 miles away?

I don't believe there is any sailboat racing on Lake Michigan in the winter?
Whereas, here in Washington State, all sal****er YC have races in the
winter.

The DN class just had their North American Championships last weekend on
Lake Michigan, sailing out of Menominee, Michigan.

wind is forward all the time?
