I was looking at another post where he had a link to the "Diesel Duck"
boats and I spent nearly an hour looking over the various boats
thinking they would b perfect if they could just sail a bit better or
had a little less draft. Spent a lot of time thinking about whether
they could be modified. Finally realized that I already had the
perfect boat by this standard. I had replaced my old 6.5 hp with a 13
hp diesel and basically have a fairly good sailing boat with good
power (28' S2) and shoal draft (3'10"). Still, it was fun looking at
them.

"The ideal boat" is always relative to the perspective of the viewer.
How is that 13 hp diesel pulling a skier out of the hole?

homeowner's association disagrees.
