I do not think it refers to living tissue. It is something that *only* living tissue can experience. According to the definition, correct. But wind chill effect is also found on beer cans, etc. a breeze at 15 knots and 34 degrees will cool the beer a lot faster than just putting the beer in a 15 degree enviroment. |
