Believe it or not, the experts say all you need is 30 minutes of walking at a brisk pace, 3 or 4 times a week to maintain your cardiovascular health and weight. Exercise by itself is not very efficient if your goal is to lose weight because it takes a lot of exercise to burn 3500 calories. But exercise is very important for other reasons, including maintaining your current weight. To lose weight you need both exercise and diet. Eisboch What diet did yo go on. Atkin's is unhealthy, and may end up with Kidney stones etc. |
