Believe it or not, the experts say all you need is 30 minutes of walking at
a brisk pace, 3 or 4 times a week to maintain your cardiovascular health and
weight.

Exercise by itself is not very efficient if your goal is to lose weight
because it takes a lot of exercise to burn 3500 calories. But exercise is
very important for other reasons, including maintaining your current weight.
To lose weight you need both exercise and diet.
