To shake things up a bit, here is a video from Evinrude that is now being shown on TV. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_-7I00cZUE0 On various internet boating forums it has gotten a lot of comments and also its share of detractors. I'll bet. That's really cool. I'm surprised that it hasn't been mentioned here on rec.boats. Well, that's not a problem now. Probably would have been fairer if they had started up the Yamaha :} LOL!!! I'm not surprised the clip wasn't mentioned here. There are only a few of us outboard fans here among the hoi polloi, the non-boaters, and the bitter coffee and rain contingent from Seattle. Well, let's face it - most of the outboard fans here own ancient technology four strokes. However, I am the cool one with the E-TEC. I RULE - YOU DROOL!! I only drool because I am the personal sex object of the women of Victoria's Secret, and they keep me chained to the bed 24-7, with only my laptop and a 3-foot-tall bottle of Viagra. I doubt I'd ever buy another two-stroke outboard. Well, look at it this way. In a tug of war, Yo-Ho is dead meat. :) Just proves Harry is delusional. |
