Hurricane Juan on Sept 29 2003 http://www.atl.ec.gc.ca/weather/hurr...summary_e.html and White Juan blizzard 5 months later on Feb 18/19 2004 http://www.atl.ec.gc.ca/weather/seve...itejuan_e.html We did handle it ourselves (some army types brought in for hurricane) but asked the Federal Gov't for emergency monies to help pay the hugh cleanup bills. |
