can.rec.boating has been around for a long. Some Canadians don't like
it because they tend to discuss recreational boating.

who started it. By "leader" I just mean that every month or so the "articles
of incorporation" or whatever they're called get posted.

You're right, not very busy, but worth keeping an eye on from time to time
if the subject interests you.

It tended to get very quiet in the off season and I drifted away.
Not near as many disruptive, combative members as we seem to attract to this
forum.

If you filter out the useless turds like Herring, "Reggie," Krueger,
Wally, and the doublers with the totally faked email addresses, you will
have taken out about 95% of the trash here.
