It's unmoderated, although there is a de facto leader, the person I think
who started it. By "leader" I just mean that every month or so the "articles
of incorporation" or whatever they're called get posted.

You're right, not very busy, but worth keeping an eye on from time to time
if the subject interests you.

And as Reginald said, it's been around quite a while.
