A couple friends of mine were talking, and wondering what you would
have to do, to boat from Canada to the US or vise-verse?

I don't know, myself, but I do know there are some here that ahve
propaply done so. Do you have to go though customs like in the
highways? and is your cruising and/or sailing directed , or restricted
only though certain ports?

Waht IS the process?
