For your information, I work out every single day, Not only am I training for my next level of black belt, but I also teach karate most evenings, I am on the sparring team at my dojo, and lift weights and do cardio at least twice a week. Go get another donut and sit in front of the TV pigboy. ANS + FAS = ASS Kevin is the epitome of the napoleanic complex. He's the type of clown we would laugh at when they'd try to pick a fight. They'd stand there with there "I know karate BS" thenwe'd kick the **** out of them. Doesn't matter how many "karate kid" movies kevinhas watch, the laws of physics still apply.
