Default Questions about a 06’ 90 MERC 4 stroke with 24’ pontoon

Ok, I have some general questions about my first outboard. I have a
06’ Merc 90 4stroke on a 06’ Bentley 240 cruise. One; How can I tell
how many hours have I put on it so far? There is no dash mounted hour
meter. Two; I want to change the oil, where in gods name is the drain
plug? Three; At WOT GPS tracks 29mph @ 5k RPM, Should or could I
squeeze any more RPMs out of the motor safely and would it be as easy
as a throt adjustment? The main reason I ask this is that the dealer
I purchased it from was a flake and rushed the install of the motor
and my throttle has slack in it. Finally; any good suggestions on a
new secondary prop selection for this set-up? I mainly fish and
cruise but next season I will pull a tub and maybe a hydro slide.
Thanks for any input I can get.
