Sounds good to me, but first, let's rescind all of the stupid manatee
speed zones. Everyone in the state of Florida who dislikes boats for
one reason or another has petitioned for their own personal manatee
zone, usually extending for at least a mile or two.

Matatees are the spotted owl of the coastal regions, everyone's pet
environmental cause if it serves their interests.
