Oh, and a gift card from Northern. They have a workbench on sale, half rubber topped, half steel topped, 2 drawers and 3000 lbs capacity. If they have one in stock, it'll be in my shop today. You do know that camera was designed to for nude photos. |

Wouldn't it be cool if it was attached to a little internal generator that recharged the battery in the field? Maybe not. |

Isn't that called a point-n-fiddle-n-measure-n-tweak-n-shoot? :-) Reminds me of a friend back in my college days who was attending the Art Institute of Atlanta, taking photography. For a class project, he checked out two 4x5 view cameras, in their big, heavy cases, and a large, heavy tripod. We hiked those cameras about a mile upstream somewhere in northern GA to some falls, and set them up in the middle of the stream to photograph the falls. Managed to do it without dropping anything into the water. That broke me from ever ever wanting anything bigger than a 35mm SLR. :-) |

It is - I've spent the entire morning just reading the get aquatinted material. :) And it looks like I'm going to have to break down and buy Photoshop CS2 (or 3 - apparently there is a Beta version out). Take a hard look at PhotoShop Elements 5.0 before you write the check for CS2 or CS3. Elements provides at least 85% of the photo editing capabilities of the CS product, but with is much easier to learn and a fraction of the price. |
