Worse. The beer belly that took me 40 years to build.
Starting to notice little things, like....

I picked up a 20lb bag of dog food at the supermarket the other day and was
carrying it on my shoulder across the parking lot to my truck that was
parked quite a ways from the entrance/exit.
About halfway to the truck the bag was getting a bit heavy and it dawned on
me that 2 months ago I was carrying the equivalent weight of the bag all the
time.
