I haven't read anything here where anyone was trying to change your beliefs. |

One can believe that Jesus was born, that he lived and that he died, without believing the world is only 6000 yrs old. Most people who do not believe Jesus was god or a prophet believe Jesus was born about 2000 yrs ago, why don't you? |

If you don't believe the earth is only 6000 years old then you can't believe the bible! I never said that I don't believe Jesus was born about 2000 years ago. Where did you get that idea? |

I probably got that idea when you said "alleged birth" or "can you prove the existence of Jesus". If you believe Jesus was born, there is no "alleged birth. For what it is worth, there are many people who believe Jesus is the son of god, and don't believe the bible is an accurate description of natural history. |

I probably got that idea when you said "alleged birth" or "can you prove the existence of Jesus". If you believe Jesus was born, there is no "alleged birth. Yes, I said "alleged", as in declared or stated to be as described, or doubtful, suspect. If I had of said the false, or fake birth, one could ASSume that I didn't believe Jesus was born. I do, however have suspicions about the accuracy of that, hence "alleged". For what it is worth, there are many people who believe Jesus is the son of god, and don't believe the bible is an accurate description of natural history. I agree. So? |

Most religions recognize that Jesus did indeed exist.........some see him only as a prophet though and not the son of God. |
