NOYB doesn't fit. NOYB just slightly above the level of the detritus that collects in the gravel of a fish tank that hasn't been cleaned in way too long. |

A way to extract crew members for what ever reason, ie. medical/ family emergency or possibly insert or extract special forces, while the submarine is at sea. Keyport Sub base is close to Anacortes.
