Got the Gateway tilting 21" monitor, myself. I'd never go back. I run it
in vertical except when watching a movie or digital TV on my new Hauppauge
DTV USB plug. Even then, sometime I run it vertically with what I'm doing
under the TV picture way at the top, vertically.

Is that monitor 1000:1 or more contrast ratio?
