Very impressed and I've got to give Cali Bill some props - those jets are freakin' awesome. It's more the style Mrs. Wave likes and it has the speed that I like. It's not a monster in terms of size and is very comfortably appointed for a 44 footer. The coolest thing was the JetStick steering - that was WAY cool. Once you get used to it, you can pretty much put the boat anywhere you want with some real precision. Quite a boat - quite a price too, but hey, you only go 'round once in life. Well, maybe not if you are a Hindu or Karma type. Tomorrow - Mainship Pilot 34 and a 40 Trawler (eeeewwwww)... You're comparing Mainship to Hinckley? At least the differences will be obvious. But a definite difference in price, as well. Both might be pretty good values for the money- that's a subjective judgment and why we can be sure that some Mainships sell to some folks who could afford a Hinckley if they wanted to. |
