Wind predictions have been upgraded a bit overnight ...

From the National Weather Service:

"WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO QUICKLY INCREASE FROM THE SOUTH EARLY
SATURDAY MORNING...WITH SUSTAINED SPEEDS POSSIBLY REACHING 40 TO
45 MPH BY NOON. WIND GUSTS LATE SATURDAY MORNING INTO SATURDAY
AFTERNOON COULD REACH 65 MPH.

WINDS WILL SHIFT TO SOUTHWEST AND BRIEFLY DIMINISH TO 30 TO
35 MPH WITH GUSTS CLOSE TO 45 MPH EARLY SATURDAY NIGHT...BUT WILL

For us:
....WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 2 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 11 PM EDT THIS
EVENING...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A WIND ADVISORY FOR
MOST OF NORTHERN OHIO AND INLAND NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA.

WEST WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 25 TO 35 MPH THIS AFTERNOON WITH GUSTS AROUND 45
MPH. WINDS OF THESE MAGNITUDES MAY CAUSE OUTDOOR OBJECTS SUCH AS GARBAGE
CANS AND LAWN FURNITURE TO BE BLOWN AROUND AND DAMAGED. A FEW TREE LIMBS AND
POWER LINES MAY COME DOWN.

THE STRONG WINDS ARE DUE TO A RAPIDLY STRENGTHENING LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM. THE
LOW IS EXPECTED TO MOVE FROM THE UPPER OHIO VALLEY TO LAKE ONTARIO BY
TONIGHT AND TO QUEBEC ON SUNDAY.

For us, a picture from yesterday's San Francisco bay near Mt. San Bruno.
over there. I did not take the pic as I was up in the delta, fighting the
hydrilla. Even had to disassemble the heat exchanger to clean out that
crap.
