I reminded him last year that if he spent a few hours taking the ABSOLUTELY FREE boat safety course, he could take his girlfriend out in the boat without his father. The brilliance of this idea hasn't sunken in yet. Hehehehe are you ready to be a Grandpaw :-) Ahhhhh I can recall taking the girls out on the lake...... :-) Capt Jack R.. My ex has been sick this week. Probably flu, so she's really wrecked. My son's angelic side is showing - he's been unusually helpful, even to the point of doing the grocery shopping, something he considers worse than having his pecker stuck in a hot toaster. He stopped by yesterday and said "Damn...I can't believe what it takes to REALLY run a house every day." I said "Imagine throwing a small child into the mix". He said "I can't imagine", and went outside and raked all my leaves, something I usually have to ask him to do. He slowly figuring it out. The flu has been hitting several folks that I work with as well. So far we have avoided it. My wife is a stay at home mom, and she does do a heck of alot of work. That being asid to be on topic of this post we have two. agers 10 and 13 , both girls and they both love going to the lake, swimming. The yonger likes fishing and eating the fillets. The older is starting to show the teen signs. :-) Capt Jack R.. |
