percentage of the population with money enough to buy it. But why not? Why
shouldn't the average cough-and-sniffles pediatrician haul in $250,000 salary a
year
and actual "miracle workers" (oncologists, brain surgeons, etc) over 7-figures?
Our system is becoming one of the super-elite catering to the super-elite. It's

You mean we need to stop people like John Edwards from practicing law the
way he does.

Fix that problem first.

Getting him to be vice president would solve that specific problem but, that
would open the flood gates to the trial lawyers association to have a big
meeting with the vice president, in private of course, to fix the legal and
medical system.
