A lot of them must be flying to Texas to do so. 20,000 of those 520,000 copies were sold in Houston alone. Those were Katrina evacuees. You're discounting the fact that people can turn to mobile fueling services. And in that case have *no idea* what brand of fuel they're getting. They can't ask? Furthermore, a lot of marinas associated with fuel docks aren't going to let a competing fuel sales vehicle pull up and start pumping. There are environmental concerns to consider, as well as the fact that the marina is getting a rake-off from the fuel dock and wouldn't get one from some guy in stove oil truck. What about boats like mine, that sit on a lift or at a dock? |
