Only when the engine is running? That seems odd as that area is
usually below the water line. The Y pipe does bolt on there and could leak water. But I would expect a leak there to leak all the time. Could it be running down the Y pipe form a higher point and you just didn't see it? Or do you mean it is leaking there while running on the trailer?
