Oh c'mon, there are lots & lots of words that are almost the
same in Spanish as in English; plus if you are an educated
man you should have at least a smattering of Latin which
makes it easier.

Spanish language and culture is very frank. If that's what
they wanted to to say, that's what it would be.

Actually that sounds like it would be a crossover hit show
in both languages!

Yes.

To the best of my mediocre ability in Spanish, it means "The
Ugly Girl/Woman Who Is (Slightly) More Beautiful." It could
imply that she is the better-looking of two women, or that
she becomes prettier.
