Default Where to get Mercury 120 Sportjet rebuilt/replaced in Michigan?

I have 1995 Sea Ray with a Mercury 120 Sportjet. As is typical of
these boats, one cylinder has lost compression. My local marina only
offers new motors for $4000+labor. Does anyone know of a lower cost
option in Michigan, such as a shop that rebuilts the motor, or
installs rebuilt motors for a reasonable price? I live in the
Saginaw/Midland area, but am willing to drive somewhere within 2
hours.
