DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO GET THE PLAY OUT OF THE STEERING.
AT ANY SPEED THE OUTDRIVE TURNS ITSELF ABOUT 4 INCHES LEFT AND
RIGHT WHILE THE BOAT IS MOVING.

THIS IS MY FIRST I/O

IS THERE A HYDROLIC GEAR OIL TANK I SHOULD BE FILLING UP

If it is Hydrolic steering then there will be a tank. Probably cable steer,
and I would look to see that the ends of the cable housing are tight in
their clamps and the housing is not moving. Have someone hold the wheel,
and then have someone move the outdrive. Look where the play is.
