newsgroup, especially one entirely unrelated to the issue, is pointless.

conspiracy theories with the government just makes you look like a

Oh, believe me, I'll be at the public meetings, even though they're
pointless. Letters to the local papers are probably pointless, too, although
it might be fun to see a few of the crooks work up a sweat in their
responses.
