It's disintegrating. It has been doing so for decades. The critters like
it in the winter.

A shame. Before it degrades even further you should consider dismantling it
and selling salvageable lumber to folks building post and beam or wanting
weathered siding for their rec room. All good lumber would have to be
fumigated to get rid of the tiny critters in it but it may still end up
being profitable for you, even after demolition costs.

On the other hand..........it is a nice piece of vintage architecture to
admire. ;-)
